Appointments
To best serve patients, our office operates on an appointment basis by calling the department receptionist directly. It helps to know the reason for your visit, so we may plan adequate time for you and the doctor. Being on time for your appointment helps us serve you best and keeps others from waiting. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please call us in advance so we may reschedule.
When you can't keep your scheduled appointment:
There are times when emergencies occur and you must cancel your appointment. If this happens, please call us 24 hours in advance. We may reschedule your appointment and make the cancelled time available to another patient.
Scheduled appointments are a commitment of your time and your physician's time. Patients who routinely fail to show up for appointments or provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation will be subject to review for warning and/or dismissal. |
