The 11,000 square-foot building houses five family practitioners; a number of specialists; plus 25 exam rooms, an on-site laboratory, x-ray, and records departments.

Driving Directions from Highway 20:
- Travel east on Highway 20 into Albany. Upon entering Albany, Highway 20 becomes Ellsworth Street. Follow Ellsworth north in the left-hand lane.
- Continue on Ellsworth until you reach Pacific Boulevard (about one block past St. Mary's Catholic Church on your right). Turn left onto Pacific Boulevard.
- Continue on Pacific Boulevard to Waverly Avenue. Turn right onto Waverly Avenue.
- Follow Waverly three blocks to Queens Avenue. Turn left at the corner of Queens and Waverly, where Albany Family & Specialty Medicine is located.
