How do I sign up?
Flu vaccine appointments will be made in five-minute intervals. Please call the appropriate number listed in the schedule above. To accommodate all of our patients, it is important to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you prefer to receive your flu vaccine during a regular office visit with your doctor, you will need to schedule an appointment directly with your primary doctor.
What is the cost?
For patients with insurance, we will bill your insurance for the allowable benefit according to your plan. For people without insurance or for those wishing to pay cash, the cost will be $34. The "nasal spray" vaccine (FluMist) is also available at $50 per dose. FluMist is recommended for healthy patients, 6-49 years old, who do not have additional health risk factors. Please bring your insurance card. For patients who choose to get their vaccine during a regular doctor's appointment, your charge will be in addition to your office visit, unless you only get a flu shot.
