When to Call

AF&SM offers important services to help keep you healthy. Please call us to schedule an appointment if you need a regular check-up, physical or other wellness exams. Also contact our office if you have symptoms such as cold, fever, or vomiting. Provide us with the details of your symptoms and how long they have lasted. Most important of all, please call us if you need more immediate care and you will be scheduled as soon as possible with your primary physician, if available, or the same day with the doctor on call. We regret that we cannot accept walk-in appointments.
