Patients suffering from disabling conditions often need specialized treatment.  These conditions include stroke, spinal cord injuries, head injuries or amputations. The Clinic's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department uses physical therapeutics, such as exercise and heat, to treat muscle and bone disorders.

The department, located in the Aumann Building, includes a physician with expertise in physiology and an experienced staff of physical and occupational therapists.
