AntiCoagulation Clinic
The Clinic's Anticoagulation Clinic for patients taking Coumadin or Wafarin is located on the third floor of the Asbury Building. Coumadin and Wafarin can be purchased at the Clinic pharmacy with a physician prescription. Our AntiCoagulation Clinic is a point-of-service program, where patients meet monthly with one of our anticoagulation nurses who administer their protime and provide immediate results and counsel.
