Continence Center

The Corvallis Clinic’s urologists and gynecologists have joined forces to create a multidisciplinary Continence Center to better serve our community. The center offers comprehensive testing, treatments and physical therapy options for men, women and children with incontinence symptoms. The Continence Center is located on the third floor of the Asbury Building

Providers
Angela Reploeg, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-C.S., leads the Continence Center. She is a family nurse practitioner specializing in urology with specialty training in urodynamics, pediatric urology and female urogynecology. Reploeg graduated from the University of Missouri in 2000 with a master’s in nursing and a family nurse practitioner degree.

Rachelle Hartman, MSPT, is a licensed physical therapist with specialized training in pelvic floor muscle rehab. Hartman graduated from Andrews University in 1996 with a master's in physical therapy.
