For your convenience, prescriptions can be filled quickly at our on-site pharmacy, at a price comparable to other local pharmacies. We honor most insurance prescription plans and also sell a variety of non-prescriptive medications. In addition to patient counseling, our pharmacists can provide diabetic education to our patients with diabetes. The pharmacy is located in the Asbury Building, and is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. After hours, please call (541) 754-1150. If you need a prescription refill, please call (541) 754-1284.

Three registered pharmacists, Marc Hollingshead, Kylee Lamb and Becky Johnson, and pharmacy technician Cathy Lyon, can fill your prescriptions at The Corvallis Clinic Pharmacy, conveniently located in the main lobby of the Asbury Building. Lenor Robinson handles resposibilities at the Pharmacy counter.
Prescription Refills
Patients needing prescription refills should call the pharmacy at (541) 754-1284. To expedite your refill, have the prescription number ready. If a prescription is refillable as indicated on your prescription, the refill can be processed immediately. We will contact your physician for you, if your prescription requires refill authorization. Either way, The Corvallis Clinic pharmacy will fill most all prescriptions in a timely manner. |
