The Corvallis Clinic is actively recruiting a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our collegial sleep medicine department in delivering exceptional care for a wide variety of sleep conditions.
Department Overview
- Full-time position; Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., travel required one day a week to satellite facility
- Team includes 2 physicians and 4 advanced clinical practitioners
- Advanced clinical practitioners together with department physicians test, evaluate and develop patient treatment plans
- Common diagnoses include sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and snoring
- Extended onboarding and training by department colleagues
- Outpatient-only setting; No call or weekend requirements
Qualifications
- AANC or AANP certified family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
- Ability to become confident and competent using sleep-related durable medical equipment
- Experience using multiple interventional strategies and opportunities to assist patients with symptom management
- New graduates considered
