Michael Herman, PsyD, will be a guest speaker at the Fitness Over 50 class on June 23. Dr. Herman serves our community at The Corvallis Clinic’s North Albany location on the Integrated Behavioral Health team.
The focus of this class will be “Values Centric & Function Focused: Aging with Purpose.” This interactive 45-minute class will challenge you to think about aging from a positive and growth-oriented perspective. There will also be a Q & A for follow-up questions.
Dr. Herman will go over:

• How context is important, but it doesn’t define you
• Focusing on process, not outcome
• Building your personal compass
