What is the Patient Portal?
The online Patient Portal is where to go to manage your health anytime, anywhere. The Patient Portal gives patients secure and convenient access to their health information. Patients can use the Patient Portal to view, download, and transmit their health information. Send messages or refill requests, view your test results, and check billing statements all from one location.
Is there a fee to use the Patient Portal?
No, the Patient Portal is a free service for all patients at The Corvallis Clinic.
How is the Patient Portal secure?
All activities on the Patient Portal meet the security standards required by HIPAA and CCHIT meaningful use security requirements and encryption.
Who do I contact if I have further questions?
Please contact your provider’s office or message them through the Patient Portal for clinical-related questions.

How do I register for the Patient Portal?
1. Click Register from The Corvallis Clinic Patient Portal landing page or click Create an Account on the Athena Patient Portal login page
2. Answer the required questions and enter your date of birth and contact information then click send
3. A verification email will be sent to you to confirm your identity
4. From the email, click Create My Account
5. Create a password for your Patient Portal account
Please note that only existing patients who have been seen at The Corvallis Clinic can register for a Patient Portal account.
How do I register my dependents for the Patient Portal?
You can register a dependent or a person for whom you are the legal guardian so you can access their account and health records. For detailed instructions on how to do this, click the link below that describes your situation:
You are a patient of The Corvallis Clinic, and you also have a Patient Portal account.
You are a patient of The Corvallis Clinic, but you do not have a Patient Portal account.
You are not a patient of The Corvallis Clinic.
When can I see my test results in the Patient Portal?
On the Patient Portal, you can view most test results as soon as they become available. Please be aware that you may see your results before your provider has had the chance to review and document them. After your provider reviews your results, you may see additional notes on your test results. If you are not seeing your expected results, please reach out to your provider’s office for more details as to why they may not have been published yet.
Where can I update my personal information (e.g., home address, email, or change my password)?
1. Log on to your Patient Portal
2. Click the arrow next to your name at the top-right of the and click ‘My Profile’
3. Click on the respective tab to make edits to Contact Information, Security, and Notification Settings
4. Click ‘Edit’ to make desired changes and click ‘Submit’ to confirm your changes
If you are unable to make any changes to information that you find is incorrect, please contact your provider’s office to correct any inaccuracies.
Please note that if you change your email address, you will have to re-register for the Patient Portal (all records will remain intact).
If I send a message to my doctor, when can I expect a reply?
You will generally receive a reply within 1-3 business days. Please note that the Patient Portal should not be used for urgent situations.
Please contact your provider’s office or call 911 in case of an emergency.
Can I view a family member’s health record in the Patient Portal?
1. Family member logs into the patient portal
2. In the top right corner of the home page screen, click the First Name, and a drop-down appears
3. If the user has access to one or more patients’ portals, the user will see the patients’ names in the drop-down
4. Click a patient’s name
5. The portal will switch views to the patient’s portal
6. To change back to the user’s account, repeat step 2 and select their own name
Please note that you will only be able to view the Patient Portals of those you can access.
How can I manage who has access to my Patient Portal information?
1. Log on to your Patient Portal
2. Click the arrow next to your name at the top-right of the and click ‘My Profile’
3. Click the ‘Family Access’ tab
4. View and manage a list of members who have access to your Patient Portal information
5. Click ‘Remove access’ next to the family member’s name if you would like to revoke their access to your Patient Portal information.
Can my spouse and I share one Patient Portal account?
No, the Patient Portal requires a unique email for each individual to be registered.
The Patient Portal does not support using the same email for separate unique accounts.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
1. Navigate to the Patient Portal login page
2. Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link
3. Enter the email address that you use to log on to the Patient Portal and click ‘Email me’
4. Open the email and click ‘Reset Password’
5. Create and enter your new password twice, and then click ‘Save and continue’ to confirm.
Is the Patient Portal compatible with all browsers?
To use the Patient Portal, patients must use a computer or mobile device with one of these supported browsers:
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge (for Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11)
• Mozilla Firefox
• Safari (for Apple devices only)
Patients can also utilize the Athena Patient Portal mobile app, which is available for iOS and Android.
How do I delete my Patient Portal account?
You can request that we deactivate your Patient Portal by contacting your provider’s office.

Health Records on iPhone
Patients can now download and view their available health records directly in the Apple Health app by visiting the Health Records section of the app and logging in with their Corvallis Clinic Patient Portal credentials. Learn more.
