Theo’s path to healthcare began with a desire to help people, leading him to start his career as a paramedic before advancing to become a registered nurse. He spent many years working in a busy emergency department in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he developed a strong foundation in acute care. He went on to train as a nurse practitioner at Chamberlain University, completing his clinical rotations at a small midwifery and primary care clinic in rural Wisconsin and a family medicine office attached to a hospital in rural Iowa.
Theo is well versed in family medicine, providing care to individuals and families across all ages and genders. Outside the clinic, Theo enjoys hunting, camping, fishing, hiking, exploring, and spending time outside with his wife and two sons.
