Brian first became interested in serving others while working for Search and Rescue in Yosemite National Park, even before entering high school. His dedication to public service grew when he completed firefighter academy training and earned his National Registry EMT certification during his senior year of high school. His deep interest in medicine began while he was working as a firefighter and EMT after graduation, and it deepened further upon entering the military. He served nearly ten years as a Hospital Corpsman, providing medical care to Marines. During this time, he realized that his true calling was to serve others through the practice of medicine. After completing his military service, he chose to further his role in healthcare by becoming a Physician Assistant.
Brian is well-versed and competent in managing a wide variety of medical conditions and procedures. His background has fostered a lasting passion for emergency and acute care medicine, which he finds deeply rewarding, particularly the opportunity to help people in moments of urgent need. In his spare time, he enjoys wildlife and landscape photography.
