Eva is a clinical pharmacist working in primary care with a focus on helping patients manage diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. She partners closely with patients and their primary care teams to develop personalized, evidence-based medication plans that support long-term health.

Eva was inspired to become a pharmacist by a desire to help people better understand their medications and feel confident in their care. In her free time, Eva enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and dogs, and likes to travel whenever she can.
