Dr. Buglino focuses on a whole-person approach to treat each patient and their surgical concern individually. His goal is to create a trusted environment where patients feel comfortable and informed so they can make the best decision regarding their surgical management.
He became a surgeon out of a desire to help people through their most critical moments. He specializes in open and advanced laparoscopic abdominal, hernia, gallbladder, and skin and soft tissue procedures, as well as specialized vein treatments for lower extremity issues.
Dr. Buglino is also a veteran and has the privilege of serving as a senior medical officer in the Oregon Army National Guard. He is proud to serve the veteran community and fellow service members.
