Diabetes management is challenging and often overwhelming. Our diabetes education classes can help you navigate diabetes management, whether you are newly diagnosed or have had diabetes for many years. Classes cover diabetes basics such as blood sugar monitoring and nutrition. We also dive deeper into topics like habit change and goal setting to prevent chronic diabetes complications, mental health, diabetes burnout, and diabetes problem-solving.
There are four classes in each series, with a new series offered every other month. Classes are held in the Asbury Building Dining Room.
