Learn the essentials of caring for your new baby. This 90-minute class is presented by our pediatric specialists. The talk covers several important topics including; your baby’s first hour, APGAR scores, Jaundice, development, circumcision, blood tests and normal newborn appearance.

Natural Childbirth Class
This class provides simple, effective techniques based on how the human body works during labor. Topics will include; nutrition, exercise, the role of the coach, staying comfortable in pregnancy, specifics on labor and delivery, how to deal with complications, relaxation techniques for labor, postpartum care, and breastfeeding.
